August 13, 201015 yr Cliff Lee, David Price, CC Sabathia are among the elite names However, a dark horse and a pitcher I like A LOT is Trevor Cahill. Very underrated and has a chance with his low era, racking up wins, and a 0.98 WHIP (2nd to only Cliff Lee).
August 13, 201015 yr Cahill looks really good... but I think the lack of K's will keep him out of the discussion. I think Jared Weaver is a dark horse candidate for the AL Cy Young though. If he can get his ERA down to around 2.50 by the end of the season and lead the MLB in K's, he has a decent shot. But in reality, I think Cliff Lee is going to win.

August 13, 201015 yr With the help of the media monster and his ridiculously low walk total, cliff lee is sitting far and ahead as anyone can be for the cy young. I didn't know much about Cahill, but I have to admit he has some awesome credentials.
August 14, 201015 yr AL is tough. Lester can be thrown into the mix, bunches of K's, ERA Under 3. Ultimately for me Price wins it, if not then Clay, Lester, Lee or Cahil. Felix Hernandez is having a great year. He's 2nd in K's ERA of 2.84 and has thrown the most innings in the AL but his W-L is sh*t at 8-9.
