mystikol87
i guess trahernsfriend is too wasted from celebrating, so I'll make this thread. According to MAMF, last night: Dallas Trahern, SP: (W, 1-0) 6.0 IP, 6 H, 3 R (2 ER0, 2 BB, 3 K….3.18 ERA overall. 8 Groundouts, 3 Flyouts. Not bad! If he can keep getting GBs and stay healthy, maybe he could contribute at some point. Wouldn't that be nice?

Schnellders
Give JJ a rest. Have a ground-ball victory fest by Trahern, followed by that elusive JJ no-hitter next time round.
trahernsfriend
lol nah. I learned my lesson last time Mystikol. I wont be starting any new threads on DT. He had a good outing but I was a little disappointed in his 6th inning. Im guessing he tired. He had his ERA down to 1.64 before giving up a lead off single to the opposing pitcher and then walking the one hole. THen he got a double play so I was pretty excited. But then he followed it up by giving up another single, hitting a guy and giving up a RBI Double. Great play by the Right fielder cut a fourth run down at home. He did also pick a guy off first and should have had a pick off of a guy at 3rd but an error on a rundown throw allowed the unearned run. All in all he looked good. Right now I would say Tom Koehler will be the first guy called up. He entered todays game with a 0.75 ERA and through 5 today he has only given up 1 ER. TK is nails right now. I voted for stay healthy and getting GB could help in September and possibly next year. However, I honestly think he will be trade bait in July. Marlins have nothing really invested in him anymore (like they do West and other top 10 prospects) and I think if he continues to pitch well the Marlins could get a bat for him. Dr Beinfest
I wish we could vote for multiple options. No matter what happens, I am worried.
trahernsfriend
lol why are you worried Dr? I have to admit that option with four votes confuses me. Not sure why you would be worried about him cutting his AAA ERA in half His next start will be back in Albuquerque. That will tell me a lot. He had trouble there because sinkers dont tend to sink in that air. He will have to pitch intelligently Sunday.

The sky is falling, and you too should be worried.
Erick
Hopefully Trahern can become like the guy we're facing tonight (Charlie Morton).
trahernsfriend
Gotcha Dr. Lol Hey Erick no offense but I hope not considering the Marlins scored 6 runs on 10 hits! (now the Morton before tonights game I might take!)
