Me and Ramp have been debating this for a long time now - I have gone from believer, to dis-believer back to quasi-doubting...Ramp is sure we are getting him. Got a feeling he may be right... Pudge, who knows. This is all postering for negotiation, but I still dont like the way it is handled. Pudge could show class and keep it all behind closed doors. I dont think he really has a better deal than us though...
November 25, 200322 yr Pudge apparently has said he would be willing to accept a deal to go to either the Yankees or the Bosox. He also claimed these are the only other teams besides the marlins he would be willing to sign with. I caught the tail end of this on the radio just a minute ago so don't put too much stock into it, I haven't seen anything on the web yet so we'll see. If anybody else heard/knows anything about this please add. That was A Rod, not I Rod.
