This needs to stop

J Buck .690

C Coghlan .672

O Infante .612

H Ramirez .609

If that was batting averages, I'd say it needs to start, not stop.

Buck is weird this year. His BB% is up, his K% is down, but his line drives are also down and his BABIP/LD% split is right in line with career averages (and his flyballs are roughly normal).

and Cogs-Infante are the top of the order too. These are the guys who are supposed to be getting on for Logan/Gaby/Stanton.

leadoff fail.

With Hanley we pretty much have to sit back & wait for him to work his way out of it.

Cogs/Infante.. I dunno, Boni can start for them some but he's not exactly fantastic either. Could he maybe learn to steal a bag? 3 steals and 3 caught? wtf. I know people focus too much on steals but jesus, how can that even be possible for someone that fast?

Maybe give Petersen some starts and send Cogs to AAA like some suggested. I kinda don't think Cogs would take it well, but the guy does not contribute enough in other ways to be a .230 hitter here.

Coghlan is not a very good hitter. Personally, I think we should bring in a player via FA or trade and make him our 4th OF next season.
