Let's get another today!!

Some sort of buttfuckery.

LF Johnson
SS Hechavarria
RF Stanton
3B McGehee
CF Ozuna
1B Jones
2B Baker
C Mathis
P Turner

This has the makings of a trap game considering Jose is pitching tomorrow. They need to ensure they keep focused on today.

Why don't we take our worst hitter...and get him out of the way by having him bat second?

I know, right?!

And yet, Jones is still in there. He's batting .125 against lefties in at bats / plate appearances that do not involve a bunt (a whole 1)

He's hit .192 against lefties in over 500 at bats. Maybe he'll get better in his age 32 season!

If I were Red, I'd do this:

LF Johnson

2B Lucas

RF Stanton

3B McGehee

CF Ozuna

1B Baker

SS Hechevarria

C Mathis

P Turner

Make it a complete right-handed lineup, and with all guys basically that mash lefties (Reed, Lucas, and Baker especially from the bench roles), but I guess since Jones is 8 for his last 13 with all ABs against RHP (I think?), I guess we can't, you know, do that.
