This may be the first year since 2007 where I may actually watch the playoffs. It's always been hard for me to watch other teams' games for some reason but this year there's so many exciting to watch teams in the playoffs (jays/royals/mets/dodgers).

 

 

Watching KC last year was glorious, especially that wild card game.

I'll root for the Mets because before the Marlins came along, the Mets were my team growing up (all the decade plus I existed before the Fish existed). Though if it came down to a death match between the Mutts and Fish, Fish all the way. My dad is a Mets fan from when he was growing up in Brooklyn, but he now claims dual citizenship for all NYC sports teams (except the Yanks. He hates the Yanks) and South Florida teams (except the Dolphins, though in recent years he has begrudgingly gone to a few of their games).

 

Screw the Braves and Nationals though. And the Phillies in the early 00s.

 

 

Fuck the Phillies in general. Not just the early 2000s.
