I use Mint but mostly budget in my head. Mint just bitches to me when I exceed 30% of my credit.

I just use an excel sheet that I update every month to compare budgeted to actual. Not a fan of connecting my financial information to third party apps, and I like the process of reconciling the numbers. It helps me keep track of exactly what my money is going into.
