April 15, 20197 yr Joe does have a point in that people do overreact. It's a bad team losing miserably in the first month of the season, I think people don't realize how normal that is for us right now. The Chen, Brinson, and even to an extent the Mattingly complaints are pretty fair though.

April 15, 20197 yr [MEDIA=twitter]1117785976942755840[/MEDIA] This one is scary though... the thought that they'll keep on with Chen just because as the long relief/mop up guy he's supposed to be the worst guy on the team so why bother cutting him? Yes Chen isn't the only reason we lost yesterday, if we had some offense we could have won plenty of times before the 14th inning but "Chen is supposed to only pitch in blow outs and in late extra inning games so who cares if he sucks?" is not a good mindset in my book.
