Happy Birthday Aly.

 

Birthdays are an important part of life. One year older and one year wiser is what I was always told. You have to remember that being a citizen is one thing but being a quarter century old citizen is another. Today marks an achievement in your life. Maybe not the likes of Mr. Dole's 1 year Anniversary thread but it comes close.

 

You should be proud of this accomplishment and I wish you another quarter of a century of good times. Thank you and good day.
