Just For Fun: Ultimate Marlins Pitching Rotation & Closer (with all current players)

Featured Replies

Only using current players on the Marlins roster and anyone currently in the Marlins farm system, what would be your ideal starting rotation & closer (regardless of whether or not a player is MLB ready or injured)

1) Sandy Alcantara (R) - he's earned the ace spot

2) Eury Perez (R) - If he realizes his potential, a 1-2 punch of Sandy and Eury would be godly

3) Trevor Rogers (L) - if he can show his rookie season was legit

4) Edward Cabrera (R) - Cabrera would probably be ranked higher up on most other teams' lists

5) Jake Eder (L) - Imagine having to face a tough lefty.... and then facing the top of the rotation the next game?

CL - Max Meyer - "2 out, no one on... the 1-2 from Meyer... STRUCK HIM OUT with the wipe-out slider!!! The Marlins are in the WIN column!!!!" - I just wanna hear this every game!

what would be your rotation / closer?

"Max Meyer pitches MLB record 162 games!"
