The problem with this babip conversation is that homers don't count as balls in play. Since homers are overwhelmingly flyballs, of course flyballs will have much lower babips.

TBH Jazz could have had a good shot at Olson going to third there but glad he got an out regardless.

Agreed! With no outs, that would have been the play to avoid a sacrifice fly later, but with one out already, just get the second out.

Indeed. Thought just went through my mind when the ball was hit but he took his time and made sure to get the out.
