May 28, 20224 yr Other teams are calling up their hitting prospects, the Marlins aren't doing shit... Then again, what hitting prospects do we have right now? Jerar is the only viable Top 30 Prospect right now. Watson is a few years at best, Bleday and Burdick aren't hitting much above .210. Conine needs to see AAA first. This stupid organization went pitcher heavy and now the team is being screwed by it. We have only 1 Top 30 prospect that you can argue is ready for a call-up. Non prospect Lewin should get a second chance but is stuck behind two players in Coop and Aggy (and honestly they are replaceable and should not be here after the trade deadline if not next season)... And while we have all these pitching prospects, they want to hoard them like a fucking miser sitting on his gold. After all these years of Sherman ownership, our farm system is ranked highly, but where are the hitters????
