May 2May 2 Putting undefeated streak on the line to get team back on track. Will be curious what horrors Clayton will impart on this team to prevent a win though

Eckness upThe fact that he was immediately sent down makes me think that they originally planned on just having him pitch 1 game and that is why they left him out to dry last night. Great way to manage a baseball team!
May 2May 2 He got a single, but not sure I like the approach of swining at breaking ball that barely clips the bottom of the zone. Found a hole, but very well could have been a ground out when you have count leverage.
May 2May 2 Anyway, if you look at the numbers, the walk rate is up, the K rate is down and Stowers is hitting the ball hard. The barrel rate is down which just means the hard contact is at the wrong launch angle. Ground balls, getting under it, etc. So it's a timing issue. He should be fine.

I’m cool with it except we have like 4 guys in our lineup every night who are terrible
