What I can't seem to figure out is what would make a player feel negative about this organization??? this team went out and got a proven veteran in Casey McGehee. They could have stood pat and thrown in the white flag but, no, they added a PIECE. Did is this organization just stand and watch while Mike Redmond ran this ship into the ground? NOPE. They fired his ass and brought in a sound baseball mind. A guy that came in and with his training and experience, did everything he could to light a fire under this team. Baker must use have been sour grapes because the Marlins were giving AB's to Bour vs LHP. Everyone knows that you don't platoon position players based on numbers. You manage by FEEL.

Exactly. McGehee potentially coming back is a much bigger problem than Ichiro (approaching 3K hits) coming back.
