Pujos is the best hitter in the league but this kid is 2 years will be as good as him. He could hit to all fields and with Power. Pro player is no easy place to hit a homer to CF, and he just did. In two years he will be biger, stronger, and more experienced. lol but you gotta remember pujols hit 37 homers as a ROOKIE

Here is Josh's...BOTTOM LINE The Cubs trade for Jose Hernandez could either be amazingly perfect for Marlins fans, or devistating. There are only two things that this trade may be foreshadowing. 1) The Cubs have traded for Hernandez to be their new offensive 3B because they are no longer in persuit of Marlins 3B Mike Lowell, most likely because he isn't on the market. 2) The Cubs have traded for Hernandez so that they have another player to add to a trade Florida, because the team has increasingly larger demands than it once did for Lowell. Jose will now be added to the pile of prospects being asked for in a trade for Lowell, which would obviously be ominous for Marlins fans. I still believe the one of these two options that will occur will be choice number 1, but both do show promise of becoming the reality... are you crazy? Hernandez is making like 3. something million! thats as much as LOWELL lol. No way marlins would trade Lowell in a deal for hernandez and prospects. Why would Cubs go out of their way to get an overpaid player to trade to the marlins? This Hernadez deal is not stopping the Cubs from trying to get Lowell. cant you see it?? Beinfest probably told taht cubs GM that hes not trading Lowell now and it showed with the recent movement of Cabs to LF in the minors. Once the Cubs found out Cabs was starting to play LF, they started to explore other options, like hernandez. I doubt this was a heat of the moment decision to bring Cabs up. Beinfest probably planned it all out the day he told mudcats to hit him flyballs at LF. Cubs gave up on Lowell probably a little less than 2 weeks ago. I'd really doubt they'd go after him again. Its probably impossible Since cabrera is up now in LF and not still playing 3b for the mudcats. Cub fans need to stop dreaming about Lowell... Cubs are cheapskates

stop stressing this guy, yes he has done good in the minors, but let him prove his statistics in the major league before treating him as a king and will take the marlins to the world series. first let him prove his statistic consistenly, then go busting nuts on how great he is. ramp, the guys sucked, over ran balls, didnt know basic features of charging the ball get it in his glove before trying to throw. he just isnt made for it. he sucked plain and simpel no way around it. cliff sucks, wilson would have a way less productive year wthout Coors, if we were to put him back at PPS he' be the same thing with a bigger salary lol very true, i cant remember how many times I witnessed seeing balls go right under Millars glove since he was trying to throw and get the ball in one motion. However, I still think Millar's offense makes up for his defense easily. Millar made most of the plays out there anyways.. its not like canseco was out there in LF. His defense might have been exaggerated since he was slow and he often joked about it. Eric Owens might have been worse defensively from what I saw last year, but his hustle and speed didnt cause the team to label him as bad as millar, but owens cost us games out there, probably more than millar.

Yea Alex does has speed but Ozzie doesnt send him to steal much. I just dont know why he doesnt steal much well it doesnt matter he doesnt need to be stealing with the he is hitting! No. He simply cant steal because he has no takeoff speed and gets horrible jumps. He has good speed once he gets going like for triples and even doubles. Hes a good baserunner, but he cant steal for nothing. I'd like to see him get 5 sbs in his final stats just for the sake of it though.

The more I think about it, the more I think the guy we got, or were going to get from Montreal was JOE Fontenot, not Mike Fontonet and that he was already washed out. Thats why we can't find him. As for A. Nunez being traded I still haven't found anything to confirm that. There's nothing on the Hammerhead's website that would suggest he's gone, nor on Google News or minor league's website. i hate joe fontenot. we gave robb nen for him and 2 other SCRUBS. fontenot got washed out in 98 i believe... he was a 1st rounder and was a similar pitcher to dempster... I hate him though. mike fontenot is another 1st rounder from LSU. danny was just gullable and fell for some simulated league BS. BTW , that league looks kinda kool.
