Rockies and Dbacks headed to the 18th inning.

The Albuquerque Isotopes and Florida Marlins have renewed their Player Development Contract (PDC), extending their affiliation through the 2008 season. The announcement was made jointly today at a press conference at Isotopes Park by Isotopes President Ken Young and Marlins Director, Player Development Brian Chattin. The Marlins have shown a commitment to developing young talent in the Minor League system, said Young. Their track record of developing young players to become solid every-day Major Leaguers speaks for itself. Important for us and our fans, they also understand that winning is a big part of development and have provided us with competitive teams from the start, as well as players and coaches that are quality people with a willingness to participate in the community. The Florida Marlins are very pleased to be extending our affiliation with the Albuquerque Isotopes, said Jim Fleming, Florida Marlins Vice President, Player Development and Scouting, Assistant General Manager. The past four years in Albuquerque have been tremendous, and it is exciting to know it will continue to be our Triple-A home for the next two seasons. The Albuquerque Baseball Club is truly one of the finest organizations in Minor League Baseball, and we are proud to continue this partnership. The Marlins are the only Major League affiliate the Isotopes have had since their inaugural 2003 season. Going into Fridays game, the Isotopes are 276-273 all-time as the Marlins Triple-A affiliate. Albuquerque is just the fourth Triple-A affiliate the Marlins have had in their history, joining Edmonton (1993-94); Charlotte (1995-98); and Calgary (1999-2002). With this extension, the Isotopes will become the Marlins longest tenured Triple-A relationship in Florida team history. Over the course of the last four years, 53 players have donned the uniforms of both the Marlins and Isotopes, with 12 different players seeing time with both clubs this season. :thumbup

Wow, what a kick from Mare. how is daunte lookin the teal? and does the secondary look better than the sack of sh*t it looked like last year Culpepper looked decent in his only drive. Missed a wide open Chris Chambers due to a blitz and then he completed a pass to Randy McMichael down the left sideline for 2 yards. The deffense is looking very very good. Zach Thomas put pressure on Leftwich, Will Allen tipped the ball and Eddie Jackson got an INT on the Jags 2nd drive of the game. Joey Harrington just hit Randy McMichael for a 18 yard TD to make it 10-0 Miami.

Wow, what a kick from Mare.

Dolphins game about to kickoff!

Nice pitching matchup. Get that 10th win, Scott!

Wow that Phillies/Reds game, the boxscore is pretty damn long with all the players who were in it I just called Directv as to why the game isn't coming on my TV and they said the game hasen't started yet, heh heh. So we're seeing the future? Lol I guess so. They say the game starts at 9:30 our time  . This thread says different.

Get that 10th win, JJ!

About 28 more hours :thumbup .

It's even more expensive in California, than it is down here in Miami. Gas prices are ballistic. You don't say? How much is it in Virginia right now Dodge? I paid $3.08 for regular this week. Same here in New Mexico - $3.08 average at least.

About time. Looking forward to seeing Daniels and Allen grow in the secondary together.

Just realized how much my speakers suck.

:thumbup About 45 more minutes.

Really dom't like the NFL on NBC.. Too much of an AFL feel. Maybe it's just me..

8 Eastern on NBC. Shoud be fun.

Hank Baskett out of where? That is right, UNM! He is gonna be such a beast. I was watching the local news the other night and saw him getting interviewed. Sounds like he played awesome during TC.

Solid lineup. If we need a bat late in the game we can bring Uggla in. Nice advantage there. Hopefully we won't need him at all tonight though.

89 degrees in Bernalillo, New Mexico. Feels like 87 and we got some rain coming tonight..yeahh!

Loved the Tupac skit.

But I don't have left nut. *feels left out* You are not the only one. Don't worry, it's overhyped anyways.

The only thing I like is the pool.

I don't buy as many baseball cards as I used to like when I was younger. I've kind of moved onto basketball and football cards but I will buy a baseball card here and there if I really like it. Just got a very nice Dwyane Wade jersey rookie card for $31 the other day. Was happy to get it.

And to top it off, the Reds lost tonight. .
