I thought this team could have have been the surprise of the year but I was wrong mainly because team still can't hit for RISP.The Marlins pitching has been solid for the most part except that stretch where relievers were getting hammer.The starting pitching has been the impressive but the Marlins need some better hittters(Plain and simple.).Yeah I know it's early to give up on them but how many you guys actually think this offense could turn it around? :unsure :

I hope at some point they call up DW but Justin Wayne will have to struggle really bad and/or Tejera also.

Man we have gone from an outstanding pitching staff the past couple of weeks to disaster. A few weeks ago, AJ was the only one we were waiting on to come around, the rest of the staff was throwing terrific. Suddenly we've lost AJ, Redman's out for a month, Pavano has to pitch relief, then gets shelled in his next start & lasts only 3 innings. Tejera hasn't been pitching particularly well and now will be forced into the starting rotation. Wayne didn't pitch very well and now after being sent down will have to come right back. Is there any relief in sight? Yes there is: Justin Wayne..........

Now we have to depend on our offense.I'm afraid that my original predictions are really off and the Marlins will be lucky to finish above .500 with all the injuries.

Marlins GM said they expect Tejera to perform well like he did last season.Only way call up DW or any other minor leaguer if Tejera struggles.

Torborg cost the Fish at least 3 games and that enough right there to fire his a**.The fish need to call up DW and let him be in the starting rotation.Send Wayne back to tripple A where he belongs or keep him in the Bullpen.

Hey Jrod can you read? :banghead If Willis is brought up I doubt they would put a double A pitcher in a starting role. He would probably be placed in the bullpen. If you also remember The Marlins bullpen is not top class. They are going to need some bullpen help and Tejera will be The Starter also Lord Byron who was brought up when A.J. was injured last time? I'm pretty sure DW won't be a in the Bullpen if Marlins call him up.Anyways I doubt the Marlins bring him up even though I wish they do.If Tejera struggles watch for Wayne to be call up.
