He won a championship? I think it has more to do with the players that finally lived up to their potential that year. Most of the players on the 2003 team were from previous ownerships anyways.

Arriola: There are community interests that don't want to deal with Samson. Asked about possible new ownership.. There are several groups interested. He also told Samson that Loria should sell the team if he couldn't afford it.
