NBC air-conditioning OUTDOOR Beijing set
Why would you even bother posting this? There are AC vents in dolphin stadium for the people in the club level. Why dont you post an article how the people in the club level are still hot during 1pm games? Because NBC prides itself on being a "green" network. It's the hypocrisy behind the act, not the act itself.

Georgia 'under attack' as Russian tanks roll in
Oh I was not saying he was dumb I didn't say you said that. It's a common misconception, though. As for Estonia, they have hardly been struggling. In fact, they're scheduled to be the first of the Baltics into the Eurozone.

NBC air-conditioning OUTDOOR Beijing set
http://www.businessandmedia.org/articles/2...0815165112.aspx WTHR, the NBC affiliate for Indianapolis, reported from Beijing and described the NBC set used for the network's two highest rated news broadcasts, ?NBC Nightly News? and ?Today,? as air conditioned ? even though it is outdoors. "The set is outside, but air conditioning vents make the weather bearable,? Anne Marie Tiernon wrote for WTHR Eyewitness News on August 14. Even NBC ?Today? co-host Matt Lauer remarked about the air conditioning, but said it was still uncomfortable even with it. So not only are they wasting money and energy air-conditioning an outdoor set, it's not even working?

Georgia 'under attack' as Russian tanks roll in
I'm sure he didn't write that :lol Bush is not dumb. He's just not well-spoken. It's kind've like Yogi Berra. He's no idiot, he just fumbles with words. BTW: Human Rights Watch has evidence that Russia dropped cluster bombs on Georgian citizens. (That article also describes Russians burning the houses of ethnic Georgians in South Ossetia.) Turkish journalists were attacked by Russian soldiers in South Ossetia. And Estonia is pushing for immediate NATO membership for Georgia and Ukraine.

Car issues.
It works now. My dad turned the key a few times until the car started. It was squeeling for a few seconds :haha :. So I guess it was just rusty from sitting in the garage. My dad said he did use my car because it gets over 10 mpg than his car. Thanks for the help guys. The gasoline probably degraded from lack of use. I'd fill it up ASAP.

National Enquirer keeps pressure on John Edwards
http://www.nypost.com/seven/08152008/gossi...ards_124524.htm Four days before he "went public" with his affair, Edwards spent $150,000 to move Rielle Hunter to an undisclosed location using a private plane. His friend Andrew Young, who is claiming paternity for Hunter's child (again, no DNA test to prove it), actually met her and the child with his own wife and children. As they have reported before, Hunter is reportedly waiting for Elizabeth Edwards to croak so she can take her place. The Enquirer are waiting to see if she tires of that game. http://apnews.myway.com/article/20080815/D92ILIUG0.html And apparently, John Edwards' PAC paid her $14,000. She claimed it was for 100 hours of unused video she had filmed for his campaign, but her firm had already received a $100,000 payment for that. The second payment was made after she quit the campaign. This may be a violation of campaign finance laws.

Musharraf to resign; details being negotiated
EDIT: It's the Chairman of the Pakistani Senate, which is Muhammad Mian Soomro, 57, a member of Musharraf's Pakistan Muslim League party (PML-Q). Does he have any ties to extremist groups? Not according to Wikipedia, they tend to be in favor of the Pakistani military. They held the National Assembly until 2008, when they were beat by the democratic-socialist Pakistan Peoples Party (the party of Benazir Bhutto).

Musharraf to resign; details being negotiated
But is he going to be replaced by someone worse? usually what happens :confused It looks like the military is finally going to let democracy take its course, at least. I have no idea what the Pakistani Constitution says about presidential succession. EDIT: It's the Chairman of the Pakistani Senate, which is Muhammad Mian Soomro, 57, a member of Musharraf's Pakistan Muslim League party (PML-Q).

Georgia 'under attack' as Russian tanks roll in
Russia is using the ethnic Russians of South Ossetia and Abkhazia to punish Georgia for turning pro-West. But the plight of South Ossetia and Abkhazia is really all Russia's fault. Russia is the country that occupied Georgia for over 200 years. Russia is the country that invaded Georgia in 1921, after three years of independence following the collapse of the Russian Empire, and absorbed it into the Soviet Union under the Transcaucasian SFSR. Russia is the country that defined Georgia's present borders when they dissolved the Transcaucasian SFSR in 1936. If they were really concerned about ethnic Russians in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, they had plenty of time to reabsorb them instead of playing Cloak and Dagger for the past 16 years.

Musharraf to resign; details being negotiated
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/15/world/as...amp;oref=slogin Pervez Musharraf, the President of Pakistan, has decided to resign, and is currently negotiating the details of his resignation, according to Pakistani sources. Apparently the impetus for his 360-degree turn in position (yesterday he vowed to fight impeachment charges) was the unwillingness for the military to exert pressure on the public. I guess they decided, since he quit his military post, to say, "You're not the boss of me." Currently being speculated as under negotiation are immunity from prosecution (from what, I'm still not clear) and whether or not he will be allowed to remain in Pakistan. Adios, Perv. :mischief
