It's too late for a salary cap but I think a salary floor would be a good idea. Let the $kankee$ and Red$ox pay as much as they want but force the Marlins to spend at least $50 million to stay competitive. I think that would work.

I went to the game tonight. I really really hate Cub$ fans, bunch of self entitled bandwaggoners who blame all their teams failures on a goat......Pathetic

I went too. During the delay me and my buddy wandered down into the area where the bullpen and batting cage is and we saw Cody Ross wearing sandals and a t-shirt. we spoke to him for a few minutes and he told us to wait out the delay. I must say Cody is one of the coolest athletes out there. Me and my buddy were in an area we were not supposed to be in and Cody was totally cool with us. Defiantly my favorite Marlins experience. And yea if you have a ticket from the game it can be redeemed for another one. I think the delay lasted and hour and fifty minutes.

I missed the F***IN GAME :banghead . How the hell did I not realize that the game was a day game? Well I'm glad to see the Fish won and Volstad pitched well.

Ironically, the play that killed us was Baker's hit up the middle. I had a feeling it was bad news in disguise, and it ended up playing out that way. Fredi had to PH for Olsen with the bases loaded and an opportunity to open up the game, but you sure hate to take out a guy that's pitching that well. It cost us the game in the end. No bad moves, just "untimely" hitting. My thoughts exactly. I had a bad feeling about thar hit at the time. Can't really blame Fredi for pinch hitting Olsen in that situation, it was just bad luck. I can blame him however for keeping Nelson in the game, If he didn't want to use Gregg he should have at least used Lindstrom who has been nasty lately. But in the end the Marlins hitting is what killed them today so we really Can't fully blame Fredi. All we can do now is hope the Phillies and Mets loose tonight, and then the Fish have to take care of buisness.

Excellent win tonight. Ricky was awesome again. Hammer Is finally starting to look like himself. Go Marlins and Go Astros.

Wow that was fast. I remember looking a week ago and the marlins were 5 or 6 games back. I would rather win the division, but the most important thing is making the playoffs. Lets hope we can take two more games vs Colorado this weekend. or better yet, 3 more Make it 3 in a row. I don't like to make too many predictions but I'm feeling a hot streak coming on for the Marlins.
