  1. ya ill deff be back for at least one more home game this season
  2. idk who all was at the game but after the fifth inning when they had the people dance with billy the marlin my best friend was the kid with the tattoos! it was pretty cool we were talking with dj petey for a lil bit and he hooked us up with a bunch of free stuff and let my friend go down there and dance. just thought that was pretty cool and we had a great time at the game! thanks everyone
  3. morgan is a faget he started this whole situation and in the interview he said he was just sticking up for himself. BS! he was just tryna be the center of attention. and i give major props to gaby for jumping in there and protecting his pitcher. morgan got what he deserved No need for that word unless you're talking about a bassoon. Plus, you misspelled your bigotry. what did i mispell?

  5. I think the only non-question mark is Johnson in this lineup. You dont know what will come out of Nolasco. Which Nolasco shows up? To me Sanchez and Nolasco are in the same boat... hopefully they both come out good. With Volstad... you know he's got the skillset he just needs to put himself together. I honestly see Volstad as the difference in a playoff team this year. As for Robertson... I expect him to start the season off nicely before the batters start adjusting to his pitching... and I expect the Marlins to be actively shuffling that 5th spot. your an idiot if you think no
  6. When I found out that Samson was watching movies at midnight last night is when I confirmed the thought that he has very little to do with trades. Didnt he say he was watching Knocked up for the 100th time? haha i watched that last night too
  7. Eh....I'd be really surprised if the Marlins made any major moves. Yea I see us unloading maybe Hermida for a pen pitcher if anything I doubt that Loria will open the wallets, and allow the few millions it would take to bring people to plug the holes we have. The one trade I think its a must for us if we are to really compete in the NL East is trading for Roy Halladay, and this would put us over the rest of the division. The way I would work that deal is like this "Roy Halladay, Scott Rolen, and a player to be named later" for "Cameron Maybin, Andrew Miller, and Emilio Bonifacio" P
  8. yeah the only way i see us trading ross or other starters is if we fall out of contention in the next 4 days
  9. Could the Tigers' solution to its offensive woes in a pennant come from a hitter who, once upon a time, provided a brief boost to the Tigers at their lowest point? If that hitter is Cody Ross, it's possible, though not necessarily likely. Yahoo Sports' Gordon Edes reports that the Tigers have shown interest in Ross, currently manning center field for the Florida Marlins after finally getting a chance to be an everyday player last year. Now 28, he's an experienced, right-handed bat with power and run production for a Florida club that has had an outfield in flux, including an up-and-down sea
  10. i think lee would be a good pickup but our main focus right now is bullpen and offense
  11. was the point of calling up gaby sanchez if your not gonna start him??
  12. OMG, way to post something that absolutely everybody who follows the Marlins already knew! And there can't be an answer to the Matt Holliday talk, considering there never was any talk! nobody told you, you had to read it buddy
  13. Marlins president of baseball operations Admin Beinfest told The Miami Herald on Tuesday that there is now "an openness" to trade for another bat. One problem, though, is the fact that the Marlins -- strapped with the lowest payroll in baseball -- don't have many realistic options, The Herald wrote. The publication called the potential acquisition of Athletics outfielder Matt Holliday, who's making $13.5 million this season, too pricey. If it decides before the July 31 non-waiver Trade Deadline that the playoffs are an unrealistic goal, Florida could then dump try to dump salary. Some optio
  14. this is a little off topic but has anyone heard anything about anibal or is he out for the year??
