No offense Pudge.. How can you be a Cardinals fan when you have 4 favorite teams? I've always wondered that. the same way you can cheer for both teams in the series. I've never explained it to you before and I'm not going to now. You don't need to understand. Just deal with it.

I could see you guys taking game one. That's it. Marquis isn't one of my favorites and hasn't really been doing that well this year (comapred to the rest of the staff) And after 132 pitches in his last outing I don't think he'll last very long. If you get King you have a good chance out of the bullpen, but I don't think he'll pitch tonight. Can't wait for the Carpenter/ Willis and Morris/ Beckett. That will be exciting. GO CARDS!!

Sorry, they pissed me off lol.? Cardinals fans really are some of the least knowledgeable fans in the game.? They are plain stupid most of the time. interesting. Then why are you a member on a Cardinal board? Before his injury last year, he was 15-5. He has the same number of wins at an earlier point in the season. Face the fact that he is a good pitcher and be done with it. It amazes me that you can be so two-sided on these boards. You have no idea how much knowledge we have of the game. Probably some of the MOST knowledgable actually. You really need to study facts more. __________________________________________________________________ That most knowledgeable fanbase claim about the Cardinals is malarkey unless it pertains to their own team. Ah, yes. Sure. That is why my Oakland A's are first in the AL wildcard, and close to the top in the AL West with my guys Danny Haren and Huston Street doing unbelievably well, with Danny having won 7 straight decisions, my Yankees are 2 1/2 games back of the Red Sox in the AL East even with a horrid pitching staff, my Houston Astros are in second place in the NL Central and my Braves are doing pretty well too. With Jeff Francoeur hitting right around .400 in 16 games with 6 HR. Yea, we're only knowledgable about ONE team. Try again.

they tried and tried to fix it, and i think after a while it would get old trying to fix something that you know in your heart can't be changed. I also think he was pushed to the majors too soon. They wanted him up so bad and when he got up, he wasn't mature enough to handle the situations he was put in (because of his age). I also think that he may have gotten burnt out on the idea of pitching and thought it would be best for him if he quit while he was ahead....

Mark's the man. I was told he hit the HR and then later I found out he hit for the cycle. very exciting.

Is there any question for those of us who aren't on Barry's "non-shrinkage" (you know what I'm talkin about..... ) that the CARDINALS are the team to beat?!!?!?!!?!? it seems like ESPN analists know NOTHING about the sport they "analize"
