If DO is 2-1, that means that 66% of the pitchers he's squared off against are worse than him. This is especially true considering we aren't the greatest offensive club. Saying he sucks accomplishes nothing, he's a fifth starter. Its getting redundant, but it's the truth. He's done what it takes to win in 2 games already, if he keeps going like he's going he'll be a huge success for us. Relatively speaking, of course.

 

He did drive in a run today, so these little things go a long way to winning ballgames. All the stats that can be pulled show one thing: He has no business being a 1-4 pitcher. If that means he sucks, whatever. Someone has to suck, at least until AJ comes back. He's sucking less than others for now, and that's enough. And if that sounds overly sexual, its unintentional .

Does it really matter what his ERA his? All that matters at the end is wins, boys and girls... He's 2-1 at the moment. If he has a winning record when all is said and done, I don't give a shite what his ERA is. And his bat is definitely a plus. He can help himself with some run support....
