Jason Stokes (HR, 9, 2-4, 2R, 3RBI, HBP) hit a three-run homer in the sixth, while Chip Ambres (HR, 2, 3-4, 2R, 2B, RBI, W, K, SB) stroked a solo shot in the third inning to lead Carolina (16-13) to its sixth straight win over the Braves (6-23). The Mudcats won 11-3. Stokes is En Fuego, he now leads the southern league in RBIs with 32.
