June 6, 200323 yr Back on topic: Your sister is kinda like mine. Back when my sis was bout 17 (now 21) she saw A-Rod on TV, and out of nowhere said, "He's fine." SO I gave her his card that I had, she has loved the guy ever since. She always has to say, "I loved him BEFORE the $252 Million..." She is a bat girl for the University of Miami baseball team, and A-Rod was in the dugout. She acually ran into the locker room, found a couple balls, and had him autograph them for her right there. He did. She may be in love with him, but I am holding a grudge against him. During last seasons spring training, he was trying to get away from a large crowd wanting autographs, I was standing right in fron of him (in the players/coaches area) and asked him to sign my ball. As I went to give it to him, i dropped it, he started running away, and stepped on my foot! He is a big guy! But I did get Palmerio and Pudge... Palmerio is huge, but you would be really suprised at just how short Pudge really is... Believe it or not though, as ironic as it may sound, while he was signing my ball, I asked him to come play for Florida and told him we really needed him... Maybe I got through to him...
