He gave up 5 runs with only 2 hits in 2/3 innings. Absolutely unbelievable.

Only 1 of those runs were earned though at least.

My worthless opinion on Contreras is in 1 or 2 innings this guy can be filthy, as a starter he just does not have the focus.

 

The problem is NY paid him as a top starter.

Well, Pedro MArtinez's era is close to 4, forget about barry zito and colon, and for some damn reason Sele is pitching like Cy Young.

i can't blame um Yeah, Weaver blows. They got Kevin Brown for him though. And the Tigers got Bonderman and Carlos Pena in a deal for him, so he's got pretty good trade value. I would much rather have Jeremy Bonderman right now than Jeff Weaver.
