June 9, 200422 yr hopefully i dont get blacked out! wed. night baseball? wow, great news. AJ on the big stage, time to make them remember, buddy
June 9, 200422 yr OK folks here is how it works... Florida, Boston, and San Diego cable systems get this game on ESPN. All other areas of the country will get the San Diego-Boston game on ESPN. Those with DirecTV and Dish Network can choose between either game. San Diego-Boston will be on the regular ESPN channel. Florida-Cleveland will be on the ESPN Alternate channel which is Dish Network channel 145 and DirecTV channel 211.
June 9, 200422 yr I will repeat, there is no FSN or PAX telecast of this game. so those in Marlins territory, as well as in Padres and Red Sox territory will see this game on the cable channel in which they recieve ESPN instead of the Padres-Red Sox game. those with a Dish or DirecTV system can tune to the above channels and get this feed no matter where in the country they live, unless you are in Indians territory, where you shall see this game on FSN Ohio.
June 9, 200422 yr people in orlando get to watch marlins/indians or sox/pads? you should see Marlins-Indians, as should every one in the state of Florida except (depends on the cable company) those within the Tampa Bay Local TV Market. (An easy way to determine if you are in that market is to check who is your ABC affiliate, if you have WFTS or WWSB, then you are in the Tampa Bay market.)
June 9, 200422 yr any chance that will be the chosen game in Philadelphia? It seems like we'll have to watch it on mlb.tv, fish fan...
June 9, 200422 yr TealMonster, I haven't really posted, do mostly reading, but ever since I moved up here to go to UCF, I really miss watchin the Fish. Trouble since I don't have cable! I do have the weekend mini plan, and I go down to games every weekend that I can. Anyways, are there any good sports bars around Orlando that I can watch games at?
June 9, 200422 yr So...I may....may get to watch a Marlins game? Trembles...this...would be a great day...

I live in South florida and have Comcast cable are they televising the game on ESPN? I checked Espn website and lists padres and sox. i checked tvguide.com and they say comcast is showing padres @ sox. any info would be nice.

June 9, 200422 yr I have a question, Are you sure the Marlins are going to be on ESPN tonight? I just checked the ESPN site and it did not say they will be on tonight. Maybe they made a mistake. :confused . Also when I looked on the Marlins website it said they will be on ESPN. :confused I am totally confused!
June 9, 200422 yr They will be on ESPN for people in Florida, Boston, and San Diego (Red Sox vs Padres is the Nationally Televised game). Those with Direct TV can also watch on the ESPN alternate channel. There is no Marlins' coverage, so the game won't be blacked out if you are in the Marlins' market area.
June 9, 200422 yr good thing i live in boston.... I get to watch pretty much every game because i have MLB extra innings and mlb.tv....but I always like hearing what the espn announcers say about the Fish...just to see how correctly or incorrectly they are conveying the Fish to a national audience
