And this years EA titles will be XBOX Live... 447260[/snapback] thats why they are slashing the prices....to get people to BUT the espn version and actually play it against madden. marketing..marketing..marketing. intelligent. they look at you because EA games are known as the gold standard because of the name. they have never imagined anything else being better.....the hoping is that once people buy the ESPN products, people will get hooked and go with those games in the future because of the quality of the game.

July 9, 200421 yr on 2004, I didnt run the option (2003 I ran it like crazy). 2004, I used Vandy's playbook, and went out of one back sets. Had a west-coast offense, with a fast QB (for rolling out, not being gay and running upfield with the QB). My offense was unstopable, because I'd do the triangle play out of ace spread (1 back, 4 WRs). The runningback was open 75% of the time on the triangle over the middle (w/running room), and the far left receiver (square) did an out (which are always open on NCAA anyway...hell their usually open in real life)....but I'd roll out to the left, the WR would break off his route to "get open"...the corner couldn't follow (the computer is too dumb, and the user I'm going against can't switch to the CB in time) and the dude is open every time. Also do TE drags and WR drags out of I normal and I twins....I roll out with em...LB has to choose b/t QB and TE/WR. TE drag is also baller against man, b/c the corner on NCAA 2004 cannot cover the WR (no matter what team). The corner is running a post, and b/c it's man (not man-free), the safety creeps up and either blitz (if the RB is blocking), or covers the RB. It's absolutely gold. Throw in a run play every now and then to keep the computer from d*cking you over w/drop passes, gay sacks, and tipped balls...and the Vandy offense is gold. I usually use UF (Ingle Martin is good w/that offense) or UGA (DJ Shockley). Playing with K State or Texas is just gay. I had like an 11 season dynasty with Vandy on Heisman. It was deisel. You can ball out, but the computer WILL d*ck you over (fumbles, gay penalties, gay catches by the other team on 3rd and 23, etc.). Still won quite a few Sears Trophies.
July 9, 200421 yr Author Heisman mode is the only way to go. I have so many friends that play on some easy level of difficulty and brag to me that they took Alcorn State to the National Championship.
