Why can't you do that evertime out? BEING CONSTANT EVERTIME OUT PLEASE.... I heard Tommy say this week was the first time Penny have thrown off a mound during his off day working on his change-up. Rosey keep this trend going..its seem to have worked. :thumbup

BUT AGAIN GREAT PITCHING PENNY :arms

Let's rag on a player slumping before every night! It seems that they all seem to do go after we do...

This is the Brad I love to see, the one I know I can see...

I think Penny has gotten hit hard sometimes because he only has 2 pitches and his 3rd pitch which is his change up wasnt working for him. Thats good he spent time working on it to mix in a 3rd pitch to the hitters. No doubt he is effective when he is on!

fux trading him..... rosental workied on em and h e did goooooooooooooddd ........ nobody gets em he worked hard wronking hard...... he did da cghange up andncurve well done......

PENNTY 4 cy young

PENNTY 4 cy young

I dont think that will happen. He started to bad to win one and he cant pitch as well as Brown and Willis right now. Maybe in the future he can become one.

For one, Penny has a 4-seam, a 2-seam, and sinking fastballs. Plus the change and the curve. He had 5 pitches.

Him and Pav are inconsistant, but they have the stuff to win 15 games. If they can just be able to throw it every night their out there, they can do it.
