December 16, 200421 yr as the year draws to a close, im gonna admit that it has been the best year, musically, of the new millenium. i cant remember any other recent year in which i really enjoyed so many new acts, or liked so many new CDs. anywho, my 10 favorite albums of 2004: The Streets - "A Grand Don't Come For Free" The Killers - "Hot Fuss" Velvet Revolver - "Contraband" Scissor Sisters - "Scissor Sisters" The Hives - "Tyrannosaurus Hives" The Zutons - "Who Killed the Zutons?" Beastie Boys - "To the 5 Boroughs" Franz Ferdinand - "Franz Ferdinand" U2 - "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb" Modest Mouse - "Good News for People Who Love Bad News" Prince - "Musicology" gets a nod as the 11th. not quite top 10, but good nonetheless.
