January 20, 200521 yr Well tomorrow, actually I guess later today I'm going to be trying out to be Elon's baseball announcer for our radio station. So nervous. There are 5 people that are being interviewed/trying out and the sports director has said that everyone will be given the opportunity to announce one game, but obviously there will be the 'top guy' that will be calling the games. Kind of excited because teams from Duke and Wake will be coming to Elon and we are going to a bunch of away games including a weekend series at UGA. I'll let you all know how it goes.

January 20, 200521 yr I'm on my way to the college level, being named the official voice of the Bobcat varsity baseball team and all... lol. I guess I need to get to college first...
January 21, 200521 yr Author Well it went pretty well about what I expected...There are 4 seniors who have been doing it for a long time so obviously they are getting most of the games but they said that I will probably get about 3 or 4 games this year and by the time I am a senior if I still want to do it I would be getting much more games. Our station isn't very big right now so we are only doing 18 games this year so 3 or 4 definitely isn't too bad I think. It is a start at least. The station will be getting a new transmitter or whatever it is called that can reach 10 times as far as the current one this summer so we will be doing all the games of all the sports after that so can try to get involved with those too.
