February 11, 200521 yr Adding on to Passion's thread... My ranks: 1. The Godfather, Part II 2. The Godfather 3. Once Upon a Time in America 4. Goodfellas 5. Scarface 6. The Untouchables 7. A Bronx Tale 8. Casino 9. Donnie Brasco 10. Carlito's Way That makes DeNiro is in 6 of these listed, Pacino 5 and Pesci 4. and a write in for Godfather III because I think it's underrated.. :whistle The underdog in there is probably 'A Bronx Tale'.. but I really really like this movie... Really enjoyed Donnie Brasco tho the ending was bleh. I loved Casino.. Carlito's way was excellent. Now some movies I didn't know whether to add or not was Reservoir Dogs, Heat, Pulp Fiction because they were more or less just thieves.. I don't know. It's your list.
February 11, 200521 yr Good List, for two reasons because it's pretty accurate and for giving me some ideas on some movies to watch...been wanting to see a good mafia movie for a little while now. I might advance Casino a bit more because I thought it was awesome, but I have to see some of those ahead like Scarface and The Untouchables and Once Upon a time in America

Carlito's Way The Last 3 I don't care too much about. I think Scarface is very over rated. However, I don't think you can include the list of best mob movies and not have Godfather 3. It wasnt no GF1 or 2, but certainly was better than Carlitos ways and Scarface.

I probably should have put it on the list in its place. Also, are you not a fan of Casino?

Carlito's Way 682677[/snapback] That's my list, except I'll put Pulp Fiction in at #7 instead of A Bronx Tale (never seen it :confused ) and I'll swith Untouchables to 5 and Scarface to 6 or maybe 8. I think PF deals alot more with organized crime than Reservoir Dogs does, hence why the former is there and not the latter. I can't rightfully put Godfather III in there because I hate Andy Garcia even though I have defended the movie from time to time.
