Fish Tank Frenzy
I could have sworn this exact same argument happened last year lol 756911 Im not saying that Pudge and Lee shouldve left. Im arguing that the team had no other option AT THE TIME. Things are getting better for the Marlins. I think over 12-15 million is coming off the books. The Marlins have a stadium deal in place with the county and city, which in '03 they did not have. I wouldve LOVED for Pudge and Lee to have stayed. But the fact remains they financially couldnt afford it.
Guest Juanky
The best Shortstop in baseball right now is Clint Barnes. Next.

Next. 756954 Brian Roberts led the AL in doubles last year and perhaps he's borrowed some of Sheffield's arthritis cream and now he can put the balls out of the park instead of them just hitting the wall. Accord
.430 BA,7 HR. 27 RBI, 500 OB %, only 11 ks. yes. everyone hated on him after 03. everyone in the media was saying he was ready to breakout. well hes there. had a great 04 season and is putting up MVP numbers early this year. known as a slow starter he isnt this year and is crushing everything. i will even say this. he will end the year with better numbers than delgado. he could of been had for half the money we landed delgado for. i still love delgado. but eat crow Lee Haters. 756679 It's April. Let me say this again, it is April.

AJBurnett34
Derek Lee is the best 1B right now. He is on a hot streak and finally found out what clutch is and can do to a team. Very good season he has had....good power numbers and average. He should win another Gold Glove this season if his bat stays like that as well as getting him to the Allstar game. CardsJimEdmonds15
If only the season lasted one month.. He's also led his team to an outstanding 12-10 record.. Wow!!
METSrosexual
Wow, I guess DLee really is better than Pujols, Helton or Thome. Hell, if hes the best 1B in the NL, he might just be the best 1B in the Majors. I'm sold.
Mabdul Doobakus
Another 2 run homer today. Derrek is on pace to win the NL Triple Crown and have the greatest season EVER!
CardsJimEdmonds15
And his team finish .500.. Wouldnt that be cool LoL
FutureGM
I don't think those stats will last. I'd much rather have Helton, Delgado, or Pujols instead.
