May 18, 200520 yr Yahoo! Sports Game Preview: Josh Beckett has been nearly unhittable at home this season. However, he hasn't had much success on the road. Beckett looks to reverse his fortunes away from home as the Marlins wrap up a three-game series with the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium. Beckett has won all four of his starts at home this season, posting an 0.62 ERA. However, he is 1-3 with a 5.03 ERA on the road, giving up 11 earned runs in 19 2-3 innings. Beckett allowed three earned runs and seven hits over 6 2-3 innings in Friday's 3-2 loss at San Diego. He struck out nine before getting pulled with the Marlins trailing 2-1. ``I don't know what to say. I really don't,'' said Beckett, who was clearly irritated Beckett will look to help the Marlins bounce back from their fourth loss in five games, a 14-5 defeat to the Dodgers on Tuesday. Dontrelle Willis, who won his first seven starts, failed to join Jon Garland of the Chicago White Sox as the first pitchers to win their first eight starts in a season since Pedro Martinez in 1997. The left-hander allowed four runs before recording his second out of the game. Carlos Delgado homered for the Marlins, who are 1-4 on their six-game road trip. Olmedo Saenz homered and drove in a career-best five runs, Cesar Izturis tied a career high with five of the Dodgers' 19 hits and Jeff Kent drove in four runs for Los Angeles, which won for just the second time in seven games.
