Mesa would make a hell of a rightfielder

Mesa, Grabow, Gonzalez and Redman all would have a place on the Marlins.

 

But none of them gaurantee this team the NL East and so I could not give up our top prospect in a deal...now if they want to include Jason Bay

 

Just for fun (if the Yanks really would make a major move) how about:

 

Pierre, Encarnacion and Lieter

 

for

 

Sheffield and Quantrill

 

We'd either need Aguila in CF or add a Tike Redman, Alex Sanchez, etc.
