June 30, 200521 yr He definitely deserves credit for the game tonight. That said, he's not good for our lineup. If Conine had started I would be willing to wager that the game would have ended in the 11th(?). Not that Conine is that great, but at least he has a clue about situational hitting. With Encarnacion it seems to be close your eyes and swing away. Tonight the results in the last inning were good, but most of the time he makes you want to strangle him.

June 30, 200521 yr Props to Enc. Overall he really had a good night. He got the offense going with that blue seater early on. He made some nice catches and came through with the game winning RBI. There's no reason to hate on the guy tonight. He may have just created the spark to get these guys going. Let's see how tomorrow goes.
