July 4, 200521 yr Encarnacion's a great choice, but I went with Beckett, and here's why: For the emotional win on Wednesday to be a "turning point," we had to win the next game, and Beckett made sure that happened. He came back with his 'A game,' and nothing is more important to this season than a healthy Beckett.

Enc is sorta fast, but he had Gonzalez and the pitcher behind him (now he's number 5, but that was the lineup). It is important to get on base obviously, but a person on base in front of Cabs and Delgado is a lot more likely to score than Enc in front of AGonz and a pitcher. Both had excellent weeks, but that's why I voted for Castillo over Enc.
