.435 average with a .536 OBP, mixed in with getting on base ten straight at bats and oh by the way the game winning hit in the marathon?

432Juan!

Encarnacion's a great choice, but I went with Beckett, and here's why:

For the emotional win on Wednesday to be a "turning point," we had to win the next game, and Beckett made sure that happened. He came back with his 'A game,' and nothing is more important to this season than a healthy Beckett.

Cabs has 0 votes, I guess we've accepted this as an average week for him - lol...

Average week not sure about but it was a good week...but Enc, as much as people want to get rid of him, just raised his trade value a little bit due to the fact of reaching base 10 times straight....i had to go with Enc this week and with the fact that Willis, Cabs, Luis and Dukie got theres with their all-star selections

Luis getting on base is a lot more important to this team winning than Enc getting on base, however, they both had monster weeks! I voted Luis obviously

If you get on base, aren't you equally as important?

I guess besides speed differential and base running knowledge, they are otherwise equal.

Castillo is fast and he has Cabrera and Delgado behind him. Enc is sorta fast, but he had Gonzalez and the pitcher behind him (now he's number 5, but that was the lineup).

It is important to get on base obviously, but a person on base in front of Cabs and Delgado is a lot more likely to score than Enc in front of AGonz and a pitcher.

Both had excellent weeks, but that's why I voted for Castillo over Enc.
