Mike had been hitting the ball better right before the All Star Break so give him a chance. Remember guys, this guy could have very easily not resigned with the Marlins and go somewhere else. He gave us a chance, lets give him his final chance.

July 13, 200521 yr I dont see what is wrong with giving Hermida a taste of the big leagues now. It won't hurt a guy like that because he takes more walks than he strikes out. He's a very good/patient hitter. Bring him up!

At this point in the game, this team cannot afford to lose any more ground to either Washington or Atlanta. The only way this team is going to climb back into it is with the guys that got them there in the first place. A few additions through trades obviously, but lets not ticker with this lineup too much more past the halfway point of the season.
