It's not like he will see any playing time...but as bad as I personally think he is at shortstop he would be a better option than Easley if something were to happen to Agon. Get him a few ABs in blowouts, maybe pinch run. A little experience going into next year is better than none I guess

The Florida Marlins today returned catcher Josh Willingham from his rehab assignment and reinstated him from the 15-day Disabled List and selected the contract of infielder Robert Andino from Double-A Carolina. To make room on the 40-man roster for Andino, left-handed pitcher Chad Bentz was outrighted off of the 40-man roster yesterday. These announcements were made by Senior Vice President and General Manager Admin Beinfest. Willingham and Andino will both be in uniform for tonight?s game vs. the New York Mets. Willingham, 26, was recalled on June 24 from Triple-A Albuquerque and appeared in two games before going on the DL with a stress fracture in his left forearm on July 6, retroactive to June 30. On his rehab assignment, Willingham played with single-A Jupiter and Albuquerque, making two appearances with Jupiter from Aug.23-24 and six with Albuquerque from Aug. 27-Sept. 1. Andino, 21, spent the entire season with Carolina, batting .269 (139x516) with 30 doubles, five home runs, 48 RBI and 22 stolen bases in 127 games. He was the Marlins second-round pick in the 2002 June Draft out of Southridge High School in Miami, Fla.

If he is our SS next season we're probably going to be in trouble.
