August 28, 200323 yr Another favorite along that same line I really liked: The Transporter Fight scences were awesome The fight scenes in The Transporter were some of the most ridiculous crap I've ever seen in a non-Matrix, non-Kung-Fu movie. What took the cake was when he was fighting with bicycle pedals on his feet on an oil slick and taking out 20 guys. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steven Segal, and Sylvester Stallone combined were never that ridiculous.

Go back to watching your Little Mermaid video.
August 29, 200323 yr It was cool b/c it was unconventional. Of course its unrealistic. Go back to watching your Little Mermaid video. What the hell is that supposed to mean? The fight scenes were stupid. There was nothing unconventional about them. They were standard Jackie Chan/Kung Fu chopsocky fare, except in Jackie Chan's case, they're supposed to be a joke; and in Kung Fu movies, they're supposed to have superhuman powers. That whole movie was ridiculous. It was so bad that they had to cut out that scene where he deflected the rocket with a serving tray, just to make it not SO ridiculous.
August 30, 200323 yr So far, the Matrix Reloaded and X2 have been the best movies released this year. I've seen a bunch of different movies, and those seem to be the best of the group. I would say that the Italian Job was 3rd, mainly because of a hilarious performance from Scott Evil himself. Jason Statham helped as well. I'm going to say right now that people should stop bashing the Matrix Reloaded. It's going to make more sense to people once the third movie is released. That's the point. I mean, it's no Matrix 1, but it's pretty good. Not to mention, the fight scenes were just plain AMAZING. WORST MOVIE THIS YEAR: Dumb and Dumberer. I can't believe I actually went to see this piece of GARBAGE. It was absolute crap. They should be talking about this movie rather than Gigli as the worst movie in some time. All of the jokes sucked. The movie has scenes ripped from the original. The acting talent of the normally funny Eugene Levy is totally wasted. The plot is bad. Rather than just being dumb, the kids are portrayed as mentally handicapped. The slapstick humor makes up 90% of the movie, and it's all lousy. DO NOT SEE THIS EVER.
September 2, 200323 yr 3 most recent movies I've seen: -Bad Boys 2 Awesome action and hysterical, the best combination in a movie. -S.W.A.T Sucked. Just plain stupid. Stupid story that could've been prevented with a few easy solutions (transport the spanish dude in an unmarked police car!). -Basic It would say its ok if you're having a good day. Ending is very confusing. Can someone who saw it explain the ending to me? Oh yeah, back to the topic. Best movie I've seen this year (for about the 15th time) was Saving Private Ryan. Best new movie I've seen this year was Bad Boys 2.
September 2, 200323 yr best movie of the year.... lord of the rings: return of the king. oh wait...its not out yet. oh well, it doesnt matter.
September 2, 200323 yr Star Trek: Nemesis I liked this movie too, but it could have been way better. They missed out on an opportunity to have a gigantic battle scene, because they were trying to get to the Federation fleet before they were attacked. At least the Romulans showed up to make things interesting...for about 2 mins. I also don't see why they had to kill of Data.

ST:TNG kicks so much a** its incredible.
September 3, 200323 yr I love the TNG cast, but Nemesis was probably the worst Star Trek movie ever made. It was a boring rip-off of Wrath of Khan. I actually enjoyed Star Trek 5 better than Nemesis, because at least 5 made me laugh.
