NFL to penalize for "over celebrating"

Featured Replies

I thought alot of Chad Johnson's celebrations were gay and too planned, I like spinning the ball and the Lambeau Leap and stuff like that.

That said just fine the individual don't penalize the team for that. NFL should stop fine-tuning and over-managing the best sports product in the U.S. or they are gonna spoil it.

"Gay" and too planned.

Hmmmm, tell us how you really feel.

It was always something you'd never seen before. I've seen the Lambeau leap, *YAWN* next please. It's not that impressive. A guy jumps into the crowd. But dancing, and doing it well, or doing something really stupid or funny, that is priceless.

That's your opinion, though.

It is, indeed, my opinion.

I like excessive celebration to be honest, I'm no purist or anything, I just think some of them are a little cheezy. The goofy ones I don't like but I like the offensive ones like TO posing on the star, that cracked me up to no end.

TO is going to have plenty of opportunities to pose on the star this year.

I'm kind of looking forward to him doing that Eagle wing flap thing in Philly. Dude will need full-time security in that city and during that game.

I personally thought C.J. giving the ball CPR was awesome.

I honestly dont expect this rule to be enforced/carried for long...sure there are some that dont care, but alot of fans love the celebration after an amazing score, and they need to sell them Fat Heads
