Nolasco was rattled and had to come out. Borowski can't come in. German pitched yesterday. That leaves Vargas and Wellermeyer(who pitched yesterday too I think) basically. I think in this case it was the right move. Just proves how much Herges sucks again and that he should not be on this team

May 3, 200620 yr Herges has the worst batting average against in the entire bullpen. That tells me you need to send him out there for the MOST IMPORTANT moments of the game. :plain Teams are hitting .320 off him. Only Moehler is worse.

May 3, 200620 yr Sadly, who else in our bullpen has been doing well? Keep in mind, Nolasco is the one who gave Herges the bases loaded (not to mention the homer to Rollins). And don't forget to put some blame on Helms whose indecisiveness in the field cost them the third out. It snowballed from there.
