I hate it worse then I hate the mets.

Yes, this topic has been discussed a little bit recently due to Bronson Arroyo. I think pitchers are starting to realize they need to help their own cause. Heck, how's it gonna hurt to take 20 swings during BP anyway?
May 23, 200620 yr forget the bat, I just like the arm of Nolasco. Me too, I thought he threw 93 but was at 96 last night, was the gun messing up or is he really a power arm.

Either way the Cubs are gonna go another year without winning it all.
