Uggla

Anyone know what the difference in his BA/OBP/OPS when he is hitting right before Cabrera (cabrera) in 3 or Jacobs in 3rd spot?

Just a curiousity if it has a major influence you think.

Im not sure but Here is a quote from Arizona's GM...

Arizona GM Josh Byrnes, who joined the Diamondbacks in October from Boston, said if he had to do it over, he wouldn't have exposed impressive Marlins second baseman Dan Uggla in December's Rule 5 draft. ''I wish we still had him,'' said Byrnes, who excluded Uggla from the 40-man roster to protect additional pitching. ``It was a very difficult decision. He's played great.''

I'm not a stat guru, I wouldn't know, but I can say that he has hit extremely well in the 2 hole and I am glad Girardi kept him there.

true, I dont know the numbers either, but love to find them out. If it matters while in the 2 hole if it is jacobs or cabrera there and how much honestly. I know his OPS was great before, but I think it has dropped off some.

awesome numbers! its just been good to have him hit consistently and knowing that if Hanley and him get on its good news for Jacobs or Cabrera
