June 26, 200620 yr I was bored so I figured I would show you guies this: Willis: 3-2 2.38 ERA Moe: 4-2 5.40 ERA Olsen: 4-0 2.92 ERA JJ: 3-2 1.39 ERA Nabisco: 3-3 3.00 ERA :thumbup
June 26, 200620 yr Those numbers are very misleading for Moe. Moe has 6 quality starts in his last 8 games. His ERA Is up because he allowed 8runs in 4 innings one game vs the Giants He has also dropped his era over 3 runs in his last 8 starts. We have to keep him in the rotation.

Moehler has been very good. He is the perfect reason why ERA is such a bad stat to look at. If you have one or two bad outings it goes up a lot. I think a better stat to look at is QS. I believe almost every time a pitcher has started since the Cubs sweep, he has turned in a QS.
June 26, 200620 yr Author Goodness... I didnt know Moe's ERA was that bad recently. It imploded in that one game against SF, 8"ER" runs in jut 4 innings plus he allowed 4 runs in 4 innings against the Yankees.
