This MASN guy is an idiot. Willingham did not hit a changeup. I don't even know that Miguel hit a change up. Looked like heaters to me.

 

They were both horrible changeups.

I don't think so. Willingham hit a pitch that was right around mid 80's. That's where his fastball is.

82mph on Cabs, 83mph on Hammer

Versus 86 on the fastball. I don't know what he's trying to throw, but it's pretty straight and has very little speed differential.
