Nolasco sucks i had a feeling he was a fluke

ever consider a career in palm reading?

Nolasco used to not suck. WTF. He is pissing me off.

This year's Moehler. Walks the tight-rope for a while, then kaboom.

except for the more talent part it's about wrong. :lol

How is it wrong?

Nolasco worked with a ton on base in his starts.

Sure he's got more "potential" but talent isn't getting schlacked like he has in his last few outings.

We are getting Nolascowned.

pull him, he f***ing sucks

Not sure how he was allowed to go this far.

OH NOW HE IS PULLED! Brilliant move Joe when the damage is already done. Perhaps the fact he has ONE pitch working for him should have told you he should be pulled before this at bat.

/end rant.

what the hell was Girardi waiting for??? Valentin had already hit a damn slam off Ricky earlier! :mad

it was obvious Nolasco had NOTHING today. he couldnt' get his curve over & the Mets were teeing off on his fastball.

just throw Vargas in there. probably too late to make a difference now.

awful.

Vargas coming in

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

:lol anxious for the hurt to continue eh?

We are being single handedly beaten by Jose f***ing Valentin.

Wonderful. No Ding! for you Nolasco other than on your head.

Nolasco had like 63 pitches before the Valentin AB. Even if he would have got out of it he would have had only an inning or 2 left in him. I'm not sure why Giradi left him in there.

Oh well, it is very hard to sweep a DH.

I partially agree, but still it's a doubleheader. Joe probably figured the game was out of hand, but wanted to try and stretch another 3 innings out of Ricky.

Are you a masochist?

this game is over

Apparently you havent seen the last weeks worth of games when we have been able to put 6,7,8 runs up in an inning.

Hopefully the ASB will do some good for Nolasco. Maybe we should put him on the tail end of the rotation to start the second half and he will work out his control problems. I hope.

So happy we won game 1, cause I felt this could happen more than a sweep. Ricky is now a big question mark. OK, Vargas, you are being sacrificed for a whole bunch of innings
