July 30, 200620 yr I watched part of it, the D-Rays beat up on them pretty bad. Who was the starter for the yanks?
July 30, 200620 yr Randy Johnson started. It's official, they own him. Chacon, Beam and Myers got beat up but surprisingly Villone STILL has a good era :lol I am watching the encore on YES, the Yankees on personal channel that does nothing but talk about the Yankees and occasionally the nets. Must suck for yankee fans having to pop up the tv and have this on. Currently hollins just hit his 3 run shot to make it 6-2
July 30, 200620 yr Randy Johnson started. He sure hasn't played like the Randy Johnson D-Back fans know in NY.
July 30, 200620 yr Randy Johnson has a 5.07 ERA, 5th time during his career he did not get a K as a starter. What a bust for the Yankees, Randy Johnson just doesn't has it. If it wasn't for his frame, he would had been put to the bullpen or release if he was some rookie.
July 30, 200620 yr What in gods name are you talking about? HIS FRAME PREVENTS HIM FROM BEING A PEN GUY?!? What are you talking about? He hasn't been a bust for the Yankees. You've been under a rock for the past few years haven't you?
July 30, 200620 yr If it wasn't for his frame, he would had been put to the bullpen or release if he was some rookie. amazing. he has a 1.27 whip, too, if you know what that means, marlins_troll.
July 30, 200620 yr Randy Johnson has Josh Beckett syndrome. Randy either dominates and pitches fantastic or he completely wets the bed and gives up 8 runs. If you look up his stats you'll see a lot of 7 IP 2 ER, 6 2/3 IP 1 ER, 8 IP 2 ER, and then BAM! 3 IP 9 ER about every fourth or fifth start.
