I live in the Bay Area so i get all my autographs in San Francisco and Oakland I've gotten most of them at the ballpark, some at the hotels, and a few on BART BART is the public transportation system that you take from San Francisco to Oakland and back...Since the teams stay right by one of the downtown SF BART stations, a lot of players will take it so I'll wait at the station for some teams, either the Powell one in SF or the Colliseum one in Oakland...you'd be surprised at some of the players that have taken it to the Colliseum

It is so frustrating here at Dolphins Stadium.... its pretty pathetic... I think the teams look foward to coming here to play because they don't have to worry about signing autographs, it is NOT autograph friendly
October 4, 200619 yr I've never gotten an autograph AT a Major League Game. (except at Boog's barbecue Boog Powell) I go to Camden Yards only like 2-3 players sign they all just ignore the fans. Harry Grove Stadium (Frederick Keys, O's high A) have steps the players have to go up and down on from the field to the clubhouse everyone just attacks them including me :lol

A ball players rejecting autograph seekers? What an egomaniac. I'll take a wild guess and say you're being sarcastic.... If you knew about the hobby, you'd know how bad Hamels is with fans. Way above and beyond any other player at his point in the bigs. Whether it's signing an autograph or simply acknowledging people. You'd also know that the majority of players, caught at the right time (1 on 1) are more than personable with fans. Despite the common misconception that "all/most ballplayers are ego-maniac jerks". I'd say Hamels, this early in his career is in a group with Eddie Murray or Brett Myers in terms of disposition. Thats never a good sign.
