the marlins, the rest of them can go to hell.

The AL, top to bottom, is still a much better league

The Tigers basically gave that one away with all the errors and stupid stuff they did

And a best of seven series really proves nothing as to what the better league is (or team for that matter)

the lack of offense was a big part too. I think the tigers batting average for the WS was .199 ...

I said i only care about the marlins in the NL, what's wrong with that? I like other teams

too but they happen to be in the AL. Just because i don't like other teams in the NL don't

Disagreed. The talent is pretty evenly split, even if you take out the Mets.

As a fan of an NL team, that league still sucks. The Cardinals aren't very good either, they just got hot at the right time.

I really haven't considered this issue thoroughly (because I consider it to be pointless), but it seems like most AL proponents base everything on All Star Game and interleague records rather than looking at actual talent present.

And during this season, the Tigers had more talent. Or so it appeared. But I guess none of that matters now.
